Is there anyone in Dubai who can keep and feed this cat in a safe garden / safe neighbourhood?
This cat needs safety and security. He is taken from SZR to the clinic last Thursday for castration and is still there.

He only can stay at the clinic latest on comin...g Thursday 19th of May. If nobody has place in the garden, he will be released back to the SZR where he was staying. He is skin over bones, but this does not show on the picture.
